Dr. Veronika M. Schmid, PhD

My Vision is  to foster the kind of innovative breakthroughs with our daily conduct towards one another as we have witnessed in the technology sector. We need an overhaul of the way we see ourselves and the way we treat each other in society. My hope is to enable individuals to transform their way of thinking and their way of being to create a better world. Everybody can make a difference in any position.
 

While German is my first language, I am fluent in Italian and English. I have a Ph.D in Sociology and Economics (Summa Cum Laude), and obtained the Leadership Coaching Certificate from Georgetown University, Washington D.C., USA. I have lived in 8 countries across Europe, the Middle East, Africa and North America.  Being multilingual and multicultural, my focus is to work with international clients, delving into the diverse challenges we face as a global citizen.  My professional journey includes extensive hands-on experience in various industries and roles as an executive, entrepreneur, board member, team leader, project manager, consultant and fundraiser. I currently live in Berlin with my husband and three children. I enjoy opera, traveling, and organizing the best parties in town for my friends and family.
